SC, with the aim of satisfying an increasingly varied demand, is designed to enclose in a single machine the answer to all those who are looking for flexible machinery able to stretch and print at the same time.
Thanks to a structure made of sturdy welded carbon steel sheets and a contrast roller with a diameter of 700 mm mounted on connecting rods, the press can ensure maximum stiffness and the resulting uniformity of printing.
Simple and intuitive touch-screen interface. Control unit with PLC. The machine is built in compliance with current CE regulations.

Possibility to mount up to 4 rollers on a star that rotates around a central axis through the action of a gear motor. The roller change operation takes place automatically, in about 30 seconds.
Heating of the operating roller

The machine is equipped with heating of the operating roller by means of thermal oil. The temperature of the rollers (adjustable to different values), is controlled at all times by an automatic management system. This allows you to bring and keep the rollers to the desired temperature and have them ready for the next stage of work.

Once you have reached the desired working pressure, the automatic management system interrupts the operation of the hydraulic control unit. A device of our design allows you to cut the pressure peaks that are caused by the passage of leather, avoiding the marks that increased pressure can leave on leather.
