The flat press Gozzini mod. ST is currently the reference point for the ironing and embossing of leather.
“Machinery with “ring” structure made by joining quality steel sheets through continuous wire welding with full penetration. After welding, the structure is subjected to heat treatment to eliminate internal stresses due to the welding itself, and to obtain a highly resistant monolithic structure. The ring shape allows a balanced distribution of loads, ensuring uniform printing on the leather.
The cylinder is made of forged steel, while the movable top is made of steel structure welded to full penetration and normalized.
The upper floor of the machine, on which the plate rests, is heated with cartridge electrical resistances and divided into independent areas, each of which has 1 sensor for temperature measurement. The resistance management in the different sectors and the various working settings are carried out by a new generation PLC, complete with operator interface with colour touch screen.
The machine is equipped with a high-capacity oil tank that allows quick maintenance without having to empty the circuit.
The newly designed hydraulic system, integrated by an automatic management and control system with PLC, makes use of modern and reliable components. This allows high performance with reduced downtime, and low noise even at maximum pressures.
Designed according to the current legal provisions and “CE” marking, with installation of new patented protections.”
